Conditions governing the engagement with Cyber Guardian Webservices.
1. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing this interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Authorized Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service or general business of Cyber Guardian.
3. Limitation of Liability
Cyber Guardian provides security services on an "as is" basis. While we utilize military-grade standards, no digital system is theoretically impenetrable. We are not liable for damages resulting from state-sponsored attacks or zero-day exploits discovered after our engagement.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
